Join us for a transformative experience this Lá Fhéile Bríde, as we honour Brigid, the Celtic Goddess and Christian Saint of healing, renewal, and the greening of the earth.

We are delighted to invite you to a very special workshop at An Tairseach, led by another wise and insightful Bríd, Bríd Kennedy. Bríd will guide us through an exploration of the deep, interconnected relationship between the earth’s healing energies and our own spiritual well-being. This unique session will immerse you in both the physical and spiritual practices of care for the earth and care for the soul.

·         An opportunity to experience care for soil in the serene gardens of An Tairseach, through a guided practice of mindful walking.

ABOUT BRID KENNEDY

Bríd Kennedy has an MSc. in community health and a BA (Honours) in theology. Following a career spanning almost four decades leading professional programmes addressing poverty and responding to natural and human made disasters in Africa, Asia and the Middle East, she completed an MA in applied spirituality and a diploma in personal and business coaching. Her thesis Spirituality of Flowers: What flowers do for us has awakened her to the “beauty within” each person.
