An Tairseach is a charity. Our mission is cultivate a sense of wonder and understanding, deepening the connection of all people with the natural world and universe.

Each and every donation, either through financial gifting, volunteering, or through our Tree Sponsorship Initiative, makes a big difference to what we can achieve.

Join a collective of people working to transform our way of life in order to bring about peace and harmony within our local community and ecosystems, and the world!

Gifts of €250 or more are tax deductible through the Charitable Donation Scheme in the Republic of Ireland and allow An Tairseach to claim 31% tax back on your gift at no extra cost to you as an individual or company. Contact our Ecology Centre to talk about the options!

Legacy Creation

Contribute to eco-education

A straight forward legacy can be made either by will or by codicil. We recommend that you always consult your Solicitor who will be able to advise you in light of your own particular circumstances.

Your will is a private document but if you choose to inform us of your intentions, we can keep you updated with all our developments - and thank you for your contribution. Any information you provide will be treated in the strictest confidence and is not binding in any way.

Tree Sponsorship

Protect our conservation areas

Our Tree Sponsorship initiative was developed over eighteen years to have an impact on climate, biodiversity, remembrance and celebration.

There are so many ways that donations enrich the soil and help protect our organic green belt in Wicklow Town. Over the years, we've planted more than 12,000 trees on our historic estate! Read more about our Tree Sponsorship initiative and ongoing conservation.
