Join us for a heart-opening day exploring the Wisdom of Flowers, a gentle journey into love, colour and the abundance of flowers in summer. Inspired by the vibrant language and messages of flowers, we will spend the day slowing down and reconnecting through guided talks, group discussion, reflection and journaling. Together we’ll explore how flowers invite us to truly see, notice colour, beauty and the richness already present in our lives, while nurturing deeper self-alignment and a return to our authentic selves. This nourishing workshop offers a warm, welcoming space to pause, connect and leave feeling inspired, uplifted and reconnected with your inner self.

Bríd Kennedy the author of "The Spirituality of Flowers: What Flowers Do For Us" has an MA in Applied Spirituality. Paired with a Diploma in Personal and Business Coaching, Bríd helps people reconnect with their true self using the wisdom of the seasons, flowers and the senses. Following a career spanning almost four decades leading programmes that addressed poverty as well as natural and man-made disasters in Africa, Asia and the Middle East, Bríd's life work has opened her to the “beauty within” each human being. She also holds a MSc in Community Health and BA (Honours) in Theology both of which serve to ground her work in theological depth and true community awareness. Bríd create spaces where people can realign with themselves, connect with each other and the profound Wisdom of Flowers.
