We have all been affected by cancer in some way, whether through a friend, a loved one, or personally. A large percentage of cancers are rooted in environment and lifestyle, and although there are no guarantees, there are many things we can do to reduce the risk of a cancer diagnosis. We will talk about the many simple diet and lifestyle changes we can make, tools to help make informed choices and resources for information to aid in reducing the risk on a daily basis.

Kelli O’Donnell is a qualified Professional Nutrition & Health Coach and lifelong learner of all things natural healing. Kelli recently completed the foundation course for Health Coaching People with Cancer. Her background is in massage therapy, energy modalities, naturopathic principles, and healing with herbs and nutrition. With the support of her parents, she chose to become a vegetarian at the age of 10 years old. She is passionate about healing with whole foods and healthy lifestyle habits.
