Forms of circle dance exists in many cultures around the world. When we dance in circle we tap into the innate social nature of being human. We release oxytocin, dopamine, serotonin and feel a sense of connection, joy and togetherness. In a world of social disconnection, dancing in circle can be the remedy you didn’t know you needed.
Join Wendy & Pauline and discover circle dances from around the world. In these three evening sessions you’ll experience the fun and beautiful power of dance and movement as medicine. No dance experience needed just arrive with a sense of open curiosity and you’ll be guided as needed. All are welcome.
