TIME:         arrive Monday at 4pm, all day Tuesday to Friday, depart Saturday morning at 10:30am.

PRICE:        €650, includes accommodation, lunch, dinner, tea & coffee. Non-residential rate: €260 includes course content, lunch and tea/coffee.

ABOUT THIS COURSE

The generative power of the Creator’s Love, evident in the great flaring forth 13.7 billion years ago, deeply present in creation,  and manifest in Jesus of Nazareth, is with us now, bringing forth new  life, insights, and  possibilities.

This retreat will focus reflection on “This Ancient Love “by considering such questions as : where and how is God’s love manifest? How do we understand it? How do we dispose ourselves to its presence and power today?

The retreat programme will be comprised of morning prayers-rituals, presentations, contemplative time, and evening prayer with opportunities  to share reflections from the day

ABOUT ARLENE FLAHERTY OP

Arlene Flaherty OP is a Dominican Sister from Blauvelt, NY. She has been on the Staff of An Tairseach Sabbatical Programme since 2022. She holds graduate degrees in Scripture and Theology and a Doctorate in Ministry. Arlene’s ministry involves exploring the connections between emerging understandings of creation, and emerging insights in contemporary theology and spirituality. How can these sources of wisdom energize and focus our efforts to support the healing of Earth and a thriving community of life?
